Below you can view our updated and detailed plans to an existing outline planning permission for a comprehensive redevelopment of Bollo Lane, approved by Ealing Council.

Places for London secured a hybrid planning permission to redevelop the site running between Bollo Lane and the Piccadilly railway lines by Acton Town Station in 2021. In April 2023, Places for London partnered with Barratt London to deliver the first phase of these proposals. We are now bringing forward the detailed design for the first phase, including plans for an enhanced public realm and landscaping design.

Following our public exhibition in December 2023, we have continued to evolve the detailed design of the scheme. Our April 2024 newsletter shows our progress and the latest proposals as we approach submission to Ealing Council.
